Please be advised that we will be holding our Annual General Meeting at 12:00 PM, on Wednesday December 10th, 2025. We are excited to announce that our AGM will again be in-person with a virtual option available.

The nature of this meeting is to pass our annual financials, hold interim elections for Secretary/Treasurer and Chief Steward, receive updates from our PSAC Regional Rep Morgan Oddie, UNDE Regional VP James Potts, and UNDE National President June Winger. We will discuss bargaining updates, and then open the floor to your questions and/or concerns. If you would like a particular topic added to our agenda, please feel free to reply to this email and let us know how we can help prior to 14Nov25.
The meeting will commence at 12:00 PM and is expected to be completed within the hour, with lunch (provided). We ask that you please RSVP confirming your attendance to our Local e-mail address [email protected]. Please feel free to include any food allergies or dietary restrictions.
