Please be advised that we will be holding our Annual General Meeting at 12:00 PM, on Wednesday December 4th, 2024. We are excited to announce that our AGM will again be in-person with a virtual option available.

The nature of this meeting is to pass our annual financials, receive updates from our PSAC Regional Rep Morgan Oddie, UNDE Regional VP James Potts, and UNDE National President June Winger. We will discuss bargaining proposals submitted by members of our Local, and then open the floor to your questions and/or concerns. If you would like a particular topic added to our agenda, please feel free to reply to this email and let us know how we can help prior to 15Nov24.
The meeting will commence at 12:00 PM and is expected to be completed within the hour, with lunch (provided) to follow. We ask that you please RSVP confirming your attendance to our Local e-mail address [email protected]. Please feel free to include any food allergies or dietary restrictions.
Reminder that the PSAC is now allowing ALL members to directly submit bargaining proposals. I encourage you to submit any proposals you wish by the deadline of 15Nov24. These submissions will be redirected to the Local and will be included in the discussion at our AGM.
