Please be advised that we will be holding our Annual General Meeting at 11:00 AM, on Friday
December 1st, 2023. We are excited to announce that our AGM will again be in-person, and the
location is:

The nature of this meeting is to pass our annual financials and hold the triennial elections for the
Local Executive.
Our UNDE National President Sister June Winger, and UNDE Regional Vice President Brother
James Potts, have scheduled their attendance at this year’s AGM. This would be a great opportunity
to bring any questions you might have.
The meeting will commence at 11:00 AM and is expected to be completed within the hour, with lunch
(provided) to follow. We ask that you please send an RSVP confirming your attendance to our Local
